Information handled through this website
When you visit, our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser details, and timestamps to deliver and secure the website. The site itself does not contain an account registration, payment checkout, or embedded inquiry form.
If you call or email us, or follow a link to the Alpha Residential contact page, the information you choose to provide may include your name, contact details, property interests, and message. We use inquiry information to respond to your request and discuss the services or residences you asked about. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, or sensitive documents through an ordinary website inquiry.
Cookies, browser storage, and maps
This version of the website does not install advertising pixels or analytics cookies. It stores a privacy preference called jesse-privacy-v1 in your browser’s local storage, containing your choice, a timestamp, and a notice version. The choice expires after 180 days. Clearing browser storage removes it; when storage is unavailable, your choice lasts only for the current page.
Optional interactive map requests are disabled until you approve them. When enabled and opened, the map provider identified in the map attribution receives your IP address and browser request details. Local neighborhood photographs and the place list remain available without map permission. Opening an external directions or restaurant link visits that provider directly and is governed by its notice.
You may reopen Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing map permission stops further map loading on this page; it cannot retrieve information already sent. Global Privacy Control defaults optional maps to off. The site has no configured sale, cross-context advertising, or targeted-advertising trackers for that signal to disable.

External sites, including Alpha Residential’s contact website, Google Maps, and linked businesses, may have their own collection and cookie practices.
