Information handled through this website
When you visit, our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser details, and timestamps to deliver and secure the website. The site itself does not contain an account registration, payment checkout, or embedded inquiry form.
If you call or email us, or follow a link to the Alpha Residential contact page, the information you choose to provide may include your name, contact details, property interests, and message. We use inquiry information to respond to your request and discuss the services or residences you asked about. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, or sensitive documents through an ordinary website inquiry.
Cookies, browser storage, analytics, and maps
This website offers optional Meta Pixel advertising measurement (Pixel ID 1856723274909587), disabled until you opt in to advertising measurement. It stores a privacy preference called jesse-privacy-v1 in your browser’s local storage, containing your map, analytics, and advertising choices, a timestamp, and a notice version. The choice expires after 180 days. Clearing browser storage removes it; when storage is unavailable, your choice lasts only for the current page.
Google Analytics is disabled unless you separately approve analytics. When approved, Google Analytics receives information about visits and site usage. Withdrawing analytics permission denies analytics storage and disables further collection. Global Privacy Control keeps analytics disabled.
Optional interactive map requests are disabled until you approve them. When enabled and opened, the map provider identified in the map attribution receives your IP address and browser request details. Local neighborhood photographs and the place list remain available without map permission. Opening an external directions or restaurant link visits that provider directly and is governed by its notice.
You may reopen Cookie preferences in the footer to change any optional choice. Withdrawing map permission stops further map loading on this page; it cannot retrieve information already sent. Global Privacy Control defaults optional maps to off. Meta Pixel loads only after advertising consent and records page visits for campaign measurement and advertising. Meta may receive your page URL, IP address, browser/device information, and cookie identifiers, and may associate those events with its users for ad measurement or targeted advertising. Depending on applicable law, these disclosures may be considered sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out by leaving advertising disabled or withdrawing permission in Cookie preferences. Global Privacy Control keeps Meta disabled even if a previous preference allowed it. Withdrawing permission revokes Meta consent for further collection; it cannot retrieve information already sent. Previously stored provider cookies may remain until cleared in your browser. Retention, security, and your choices
Inquiry information is retained as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting providers apply their own operational log-retention practices. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may need to verify your identity. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and lawful retention exceptions. If you wish to challenge a response, reply requesting a privacy review. You can also ask us to stop marketing communications; use any unsubscribe option in messages you receive.
